6AM Health was born from Brad's struggle to find nutritious, convenient food amidst the chaos of daily life. As a new father with a full-time job, he often reached for quick, unhealthy meals. Realizing that others faced the same challenge, Brad founded 6AM Health to make healthy food accessible for everyone. The company now delivers fresh meals and snacks to office fridges, sources ingredients locally, and supports local employment. Each bite reflects Brad's journey from personal hardship to empowering others to live healthier lives.
